Branch or subsidiary in the Netherlands
Is your company already established abroad and do you want a presence in the Netherlands? Then you can choose between a branch of your foreign company and a separate Dutch subsidiary (BV). We help you choose and take care of registrations, payroll and bookkeeping.

Good to know
A branch is not a separate legal entity: your foreign company remains liable, and the profit of the Dutch branch is usually taxed in the Netherlands as a permanent establishment. A subsidiary BV is a separate company with limited liability. Which fits best depends on your plans, and we work it out with you.
